How to Request Deletion

Send an email to hello@soulpath.live with the subject line Data Deletion Request.

Please include the email address used for your SoulPath account. If you signed in with Facebook, include your Facebook account email and the app name SoulPath.

What We Delete

We delete your account profile, saved readings, and linked authentication identifiers from our active systems, except data we are required to retain for legal, fraud-prevention, or billing compliance purposes.

Processing Time

We process requests within 30 days and will confirm completion by email.
